Join the DePaul men's and women's basketball teams at the Taste of Chicago for a Basketball Workshop on Friday, June 25 from 4-6 p.m. Blue Demon student-athletes along with men's basketball coach Oliver Purnell and women's coach Doug Bruno will conduct a free, short skills clinic at the Sports Pavilion located just south of Balbo Drive. |

After supporting the Blue Demons during their years at DePaul, the graduating seniors have an opportunity to purchase full season tickets at a reduced Young Alumni rate this week and throughout the summer. Each $50 deposit for 2010-11 Young Alumni basketball season tickets will enter a drawing for a Cubs rooftop later this summer. |

The best and the brightest gathered at the Rosemont Convention Center Friday night to celebrate another memorable season in the annals of DePaul athletics. Nearly 450 student-athletes, coaches, staff members and DePaul supporters attended the 2009-10 Athletics Awards Banquet commemorating eye-opening performances and accomplishments. |

| DePaul Loses Men's Basketball Alumnus Michael Perlowski |

DePaul Athletics has learned that men's basketball letterwinner and "Double Demon" Michael J. Perlowski passed away on May 25, 2010. Perlowski, a letterwinner from 1951-55. played alongside some of the best in Blue Demon history: Ron Feiereisel, Jim Lamkin, Ron Sobie and Bill Robinzine. During Perlowski's career, DePaul amassed a 65-33 mark including a pair of 19-win seasons. |

| DePaul Learns BIG EAST Home and Road Opponents for 2010-11 |

DePaul coach Oliver Purnell learned Thursday his first round of home and road BIG EAST opponents as the conference office unveiled each program's opponents and locations for the 2010-11 season. Purnell and the Blue Demons are scheduled to face Cincinnati, USF and West Virginia twice next season while splitting the remaining dozen conference contests between the road and Allstate Arena. |
