It was a cold and windy night at Toyota Park, but that didn’t matter in the Fire’s 2 to 1 victory over the Colorado Rapids. Mid-Fielder John Thorrington scored the two goals for the Fire and was clearly man of the match. Although the Fire only won by a goal, they could have easily put the ball in the back of the net more than just two times. |
