Now that the 2008 football season is approaching crunch time. That nagging itch which caused us discomfort since last December can finally be scratched. We have waited and anxiously stood on the edge of our seats since Summer double session practices to see which teams will thrust themselves toward football immortality in their quest for that elusive state championship? |

Hubbard (2-0) is considered one of the top teams in the Public League in the Chicago area. The Greyhounds enhanced that reputation last Saturday by rushing for 363 yards in a 34-20 win over Evanston (0-2) at Murney Lazier Field. |
