Chicago State vs IUPUI Photo Gallery February 28, 2008 The Chicago State Cougars looked destined to finish off their first year in Division I play with a win, but IUPUI had different plans for themselves. Inspite of looking sharp in the first half, Chicago State gave the second half to IUPUI, losing 89-75.
